no one was at the drive thru had to bang on the window to get service ordered 3 famous bowls she said it would be a 5 min wait had me pull in to the 1 slot mind you there was no one behind me I was the only customer ten min go by she brings out the food with 1 spork so I had to go in I walked up to the drive thru window were a worker was outside talking to a parked car instead of asking if I need something she told me to just go inside so I grabbed 2 more sporks I finly get to eat my food and it was cold the cheese wasn’t melted then took a bite of chicken and it was hotter than hell the worst 20 buck I ever spent

Every time i come here im always missing something from my order. When u make a large purchase they ask you to pull out of the drive thru amd park on the street amd bring out your order so if ur missing something you have to go back thru the drive thru line and wait. Unless you trust when. U ask is everything in the bag and they say yes amd u go home only to find 3 sides missing from your order and then have to drive back down there. Its a total inconvenience. The food is great and the employees are very nice, but obviously a little forgetful.

It say at the speaker to request forks, straws & sauces so I did. They had me park and forgot all 3 requested items. Plus the fries were cold Cole slaw was amazing like always. This is literally the 3rd time they forgot. I will no longer trust they can do what they are supposed to and will be checking bag for now on.

Ok, I know KFC is greasy, I know it’s deepfried. But this one tops the cake. Always getting soggy from grease. They take extremely long to make the food as well. Some of the workers are friendly and some have a major attitude. But they seem to keeps workers there because I never really seen any new workers. They’ll have you go sit in at all number 1 to wait for your order, but no one is in line behind you and then they take 30 minutes to get your order out to you, even if it’s just some Mac n cheese, biscuits, and 1 soda. 18 minute wait on that?? Really guys? Oh, and they pick and choose which day they want to allow people to actually go inside. No point in trying for me
