This place was fast efficient and delicious. I got the two for seven, the roast beef sandwich and the mozzarella stick. They were unfortunately out of marinara sauce. So I put the horseradish sauce on it. Everything was great.

Arby’s is a staple in the fast food world. Who would want to imagine a world without it? Not me. When everything is on par, it is a pretty great place to eat. But lately I feel that the portions are getting smaller, the prices are getting higher, the quality of the food is dwindling and the service is lacking. I don’t feel like I get my money’s worth here anymore.

TERRIBLE! This is my second time getting food from here and my last. Stopped by on my way home from Tenessee the first time and it was late. Roast beef had bad taste and was hard. I thought maybe where it was late it had been sitting a while. The second time I went wad for lunch and had the same experience. Roast beef was terrible! Looked like someone got roadkill and heated it up and threw on a bun.

Overall, this Arby’s was good. Service was quick and accurate. The employee working one of the registers who took my order didn’t know what was on two separate sandwiches I asked about and when I asked, they replied, “I honestly don’t know. I haven’t had it.” The employee working the register, however, was charismatic, upbeat and very friendly with their guests. The atmosphere was nice and typical of a regular Arby’s. The area was mostly clean, but the off and on beeping of the smoke detector system that needs a battery or filter change was a bit annoying.

We visited this restaurant on our way traveling back to Wisconsin from NC. The food was great and the service was quick and efficient (to put in perspective, there was 7 of us ordering, and it was still very quick). The gentleman that took our order was AWESOME! Very friendly and amazing customer service. His name is Richard and he deserves a raise!! I would recommend this establishment.

For my experience Arby’s is always good or at least 97% of the time, if a little high priced. This time was no exception, even though it was located in a truck stop and traffic was high. Service was as good as you could expect for as many customers as they had. Overall it was a pleasant visit.
