Flash’s Fried Chicken is easily the best in town. The chicken is juicy, and the skin is crispy and flavorful. As a Cole slaw connoisseur, this is amazing! It’s more substantial and colorful than most slaws, full of flavor, and not just wet cabbage!

I typed “fried chicken” in my GPS and this place popped up. I am glad I went. Food was good and when I asked for a spice the guy gave me some Cajun Creole seasoning that really hit the taste buds.

The best, most flavorful chicken fingers I’ve ever had. Fries were very good. I would only suggest that they consider fresh cut fries; they are my personal favorite. Meal came with a dipping sauce that I wouldn’t dare use. Nothing can improve on their seasoning. Owner is one of the most polite and professional gentlemen I’ve ever met. My only disappointment was that they weren’t busier. Kent, we need this business to survive. Get over there and get a big piece of chicken. This place is the real deal.

After seeing a movie, my family went to Flash’s Fried Chicken for an early dinner. I ordered the special, chicken and waffles. The chicken tenders had a great flavor and texture. The waffle was the best waffle I’ve ever eaten. The texture was more like a cake, and the top of the waffle had a little sugar crust on it, so each bit of waffle had a great texture. The cole slaw was generously portioned and extremely fresh. In addition, I bought a meal to go so I could eat it for lunch the next day.

Not a bad little place. Menu is a bit small (I really wish they had more sauce options that were not garlic-based or spicy), but the chicken fingers are quite good, as are the fries. I suspect the fries would be even better fresh, as they didn’t survive the three-minute walk home without deflating. Still tasted great, which says something. The chicken fingers, meanwhile, were nice and crispy still, and not greasy in the least, which was really great! Glad I no longer have to walk across town to get chicken fingers!

took 25 min for the food but well worth the wait. Burssle sprouts, Texas burger, loaded fries were all delicious and filling. I haven’t has a sound post dinner nap this deep in a while. thank you pit stop crew.

The best fried chicken I have ever had! Not greasy, crispy coating, tender meat and oh so flavorful! Fries were also very good and the coleslaw was excellent. I would strongly recommend that you give it a try!
