Fun discovery! We love that the skewers are partially cooked and we finish them ourselves at the table, adding in the seasoning the way we like it. Real charcoal too so the grill taste is amazing ! A bit pricey for a casual place (our bill came to $179 for 3 people) but I think we ordered a lot of meat skewers. We noticed most tables around us ordered main dishes and a few skewers. Overall great experience and we’ll be back!

Authentic spot for Chinese skewers, decently priced. Our group likes the hot dishes more than the skewers, but the two groups were the same in taste (e.g. all the spicy hot dishes had the same sauce, and the skewers all only had the dry rub for flavor), but the flavors were decent. Service was fast.

I recently visited Xiao Chuan Dian Mini Lamb Skewers House in Northern NJ with my college classmates. We indulged in an array of delicious dishes, including the signature lamb skewers and various other grilled skewers. Additionally, we tried the spicy hot pot and some stir-fried dishes. Overall, our dining experience was good, although there were a few noteworthy points to consider.

I’m disappointed at the taste of shrimp fried rice (no salt or flavor but filled with crazy butter) and the size of the dollar bbqs. However, after mixing some spices on the table it was able to be consumed. I think we have much better korean bbqs here in NYC. I won’t go back to this spot. I’m going to try other bbq spots in Koreatown if I’m around the area again.

I love this place, good pricing and very delicious. Had party of 4 but 3 other people besides me had stomachache after eating here. I only had the beef skewer but didn’t have lamb skewer but others had like 50 lamb skewers to share so that might of been the problem.

Quite disappointed since I had high expectations. The skewers were good, and probably the reason for me to come back. I especially liked the wagyu beef and lamb skewers. The sliced beef wrapped enoki mushroom was too salty and the squid had that strange sweet taste I didn’t like. So I would avoid them next time and try things like spicy chicken wings.
