Got to the drive-up window to receive 2 Bo’s chicken sandwich combos. Was told to pull ahead and wait. 15 minutes later I received my order and was on the way home to eat lunch. First time I have EVER received sandwiches with only half a bun – both sandwiches at that! This location used to be a decent store but it has deteriorated badly. Can’t wait til the location on S Church opens!

I asked for dirty rice, she said they didn’t have it. The cashier was rude and I preferred to go inside and watch them fix my food. They mysteriously had dirty rice available and they claimed it had just been made. Then my fries tasted like seasoned shoe strings. I used to speak so highly of Bojangles and here lately they have been nothing short of disappointing

We ordered online and opted for curbside. We waited for 10 minutes before going inside to see about our order. The order was sitting on the counter and when my husband asked why it wasn’t brought to the car, the guy behind the counter responded “Oh yeah we have curbside but people usually just come inside.” Please don’t offer curbside if you’re going not going to actually serve them curbside.

Was there a long time waiting for my food to be cooked. I wS asked to drive around and park, so I did for 30 minutes. Was told it would only be 8 to 10 minutes. When I went in to see what was the issue there was plenty of cooked chicken. 1 of the employees took my order off the screen and never made it. When I was in the store the “kids” were cutting up a d cussing a d not really do much. I will never go back again.

Horrible!! Ordered 3 Ham biscuits & 1 Cajun filet. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. Got home & had 3 nasty sausage egg & cheese & 1 gross pork chop biscuit. Threw it all in the garbage. Never go to the Huffman Mill Rd location. They don’t care & are incapable of doing their job!

Absolutely disgusting. I have video of this disgusting place along with them not having any chicken at 630 pm. Also on that video I was told that they were slow. So I asked why the place was so filthy if they were slow. I was given attitude by a very ignorant manager. If there is a representative from Bojangles that would like to speak to me. You have two days before I post this video online

I came to get a family meal.. the drivethru lady told me they aren’t doing family meals tonight. I left and called the other store across town and they were confused as I was. Found out why.. they said they couldn’t drop any more chicken.

Placed an order online for pickup. Arrived to the drive thru, as directed, to grab the order. Stated the name and the girl says to pull forward. Get up to the window only to be told, “you’re gonna have to tell them to cancel the order, we’re extremely short on chicken” with a smile. Same case for the car behind me. Close this location, complete waste of a Bojangles.

The food is always good, but the lady with the long black wig and all the rhinestones on her fake nails is an absolute nightmare of a human being. Argumentative and hateful. Grow up and stop taking your bad hair day out on the customers. Wish I knew her name but she wasn’t wearing a name tag, go figure.
