I made an online order and asked for my cheese pizza to be cooked lightly. The pic attached is what I got. I asked a young lady for it to be made over and she said yes with no problems. When I come back to pick my pizza up, a man who went by “Dylan” said he could not make it over or refund my money since they did nothing wrong. I asked even if I’m not satisfied with my order? Long story short, we went back and forth and I made my kids food when I got home after a 12 hour shift.

Had the sweetest server! She was very attentive & engaging. Pizza was good too! Didn’t know weather to seat ourselves or wait to be seated, but someone eventually noticed us…some of the apps are overpriced. We ordered chips and salsa and it was “okay” and cost almost 8 dollars. Restrooms were very clean and well maintained and restaurant was clean as well. Over all a pretty good experience.

Poor experience. Wait staff was oblivious to customers coming in and often ignored guests as if they were not there. It took a while to even be approached and even longer to actually get our food. Food was okay, nothing spectacular and definitely not worth what we payed for it. Waitresses were all rude and talked smack about each other, overall, they were all very unprofessional. The place wasn’t very clean at all. We were super let down; not sure how there are so many good reviews.

My husband and I drove there from Tunica this past Sunday. It was about 5:30pm. Wasn’t too crowded. We sat in a booth that we had to clean the table off ourselves, moving the stuff to the edge of our table. We waited, and waited, and waited…. no server came to our table. A server came to the booth RIGHT next to us, didn’t even look at us, I watched her the whole time. Actually, BOTH times she went to the booth next to us. A server walked all the way around the table in the middle next to us. We realized we probably weren’t in her area but really…. no one could see the dirty dishes at the edge of our table?

This place was OK at best The nachos were very disappointing with less toppings and cheese than Taco bell nachos! LOL!! If you want plain Parmesan cheese they give it to you in packets because the regular containers at the table were mixed with something else that they weren’t sure what it was mixed with (at least our server wasn’t sure) … Last but not least, the pizza.. Dry and not even hot when it came to our table .. For such a small place, they could definitely step their game up… Price/Location: 1 Taste/Quality: 0
