Thieves! Horrible management. Cancelled my app order, refused to answer the drive thru or door. Management stuck a garbage can in the drive thru window blocking us, like we couldn’t see her. Called corporate. Still no refund, 3 weeks later.

Used to live in SS and ate here lots. Was very good. Moved to Stillwater so don’t have Church’s there but I work in Tulsa area. Got 8pc leg/thigh to take home but had to have a leg before I got home. The chicken was WAY overcooked! Lots of every piece was like eating cardboard. The worst chicken I’ve ever had. Not just at Church’s, ever! The worst I’ve had in my life. So disappointed. Passed two Church’s in Tulsa to get to this one and all I got was $8 worth of cardboard. C’mon Owner and Manager! Train ur people better. Majorly let down

Ordered food and asked for an extra chicken leg. Was told it would take 8+ mins. I advised them that was ok, I would wait for it . Was then told no, we aren’t frying anymore chicken. I let them then know that was fine, but i had 2 3 piece meals that should have a leg. Only one meal had a leg. Ordered fried okra, and peppers didn’t receive them but paid for them. So i turn around and go back, and the okra they gave me was cold and now crunch at all. I will not revisit this place again.

I went into churches to order a family meal of 12 chicken tenders with sides. I was then asked if I wanted dipping sauces. When I ask for white gravy I was told that there was a charge for white gravy dipping sauce. All the other sauces where free. No where on the menu did it show a charge for the signature dipping sauces. White gravy is listed as a signature dipping sauce. If there is an extra charge for white gravy dipping sauce, it should be listed on the menu. WHAT IS GOING ON CHURCH’S CHICKEN? This is just one more reason why people are going to other restaurants for their chicken.
