Seating area has shade, but not much elsewhere. Food is somewhat pricey given the fact that it’s on the beach. Outdoor bar. You can only drink in the designated areas because of New York State laws. Excellent for laying on the beach and watching sunsets (Note: Long Island North Shore is somewhat rocky).

Beautiful spot to watch the sunset! The sunsets on Cedar Beach never disappoint! There is a full outside sit down bar with delicious cocktails, beer and wine. The food at the restaurant was perfect! The servers were attentive and friendly. Live Music on the weekends. Perfect end to a hectic week!

great food as well as service and bar, also live music! pretty pricey so that’s where they lose the star but it is the beach. . . Recommend the fish and chips and the poke bowl for pescatarians, or whomever else, very tasty choices. The drink in the pic is a Margarita, sold for $12

Amazing live music and the bartenders sure know how to make a strong drink. Get there early if you want a seat for the bands. Parking seems ok but don’t turn up late.
