I ordered a chipotle bowl delivery and when I opened it the bowl was dripping and whoever handled the bowl had food on their hands and once I opened it it looked like a salad SOUP. Whoever made my bowl must’ve poured all the tomato/onion juice in there because I don’t understand how it could be so wet. It’s disgusting. Do better…

Stopped in after 9 p.m. on a Saturday while traveling through. I was worried they’d be closing up, but the food was all fresh and stocked. Service was really good. The people were nice. The location is kind of weird. It’s right off the freeway, but from what we could tell, nothing else was around.

I just wanna give a shout out to this location. Nothing pisses me off more than when I pay for double meat and I still get a stingy regular portion. This burrito slapped! I had some chicken in every bite. When I pay $12 for a burrito, that’s what I expect. Also- love the drive through online order lane. It’s great not having to drag my kids out of the car.

ordered online. I ordered a chicken bowl for lunch. Picked up at the window. The associate was very nice. That’s why I’m rating 2 stars instead of 1. When I got back to work, I had been given the wrong order. The chicken bowl I ordered was steak. EVERYTHING on it was nothing that I had selected. I ordered a side of chips. which were crumbs and many burnt. I work in the area and order every week or 2. It has gone progressively downhill.

We did a catering order on-line. The food was packed for easy transport and the portion sizes were sufficient . The only problem we had was there was a small portion of our order that was missing. After a phone call to the restaurant, the lady I talked to apologized more than once and had the missing items ready for pickup right away. I don’t remember her name but we all appreciated how nice she was in making the order right.

You tell them again and again and they still do it. Chipotle chain rocks but this location is aweful and terrible. They don’t bother to make sure everything is fully cooked. Almost every time the rice is not fully cooked. You can get food poisoning if the rice is still crunchy look that up. I’ve had food poisoning from rice alone that was crunchy before. If you come here make sure it’s all cooked for the sake of your stomach and your money before you leave.I hope they get a food visit from a licensed professional that can grade them.

It was 9:45 when we came in and they were out of the chicken I asked for so I said that’s okay, I’ll just take the other. I’m assuming it’s the manager- she stepped up and insisted on making it. I said oh no, it’s really okay, I don’t want to put you out. Especially with them about to close. She said no you get what you asked for. It was exceptionally nice for her to go over and beyond!!!

Did a mobile pick up and they handed us our food and one drink and said you’re all set. I said what about the other drink for the kids meal, she said oh they don’t tell us that, we just assume there is a juice box in the bag, I said no it’s a sweet tea. She did grab it but there should be much better communication between the Packers and the givers
