Ordered a chicken sandwich through drive through (inside was closed at 9pm) and had to pull forward to wait only for it to be a thigh on bread! I almost chipped my tooth biting into a thigh! The tea taste nasty and neither my drink or my husbands came with any ice!

Got Cajun filet biscuit with cheese mayo and tomato.. it was good except tomato was about 1/2 inch thick and put mayo on side cheese was so wouldn’t stay together then biscuits fell apart. They need to have a machine or something cut their tomato because that’s too thick. And never put mayo next to cheese, especially when cheese isn’t melted it just slides and makes a mess. I was driving and it was a total waste!!

I had to retract my good review from nine months ago. Thinking about going to this restaurant as a last minute decision, don’t do it. I ordered tonight $18 worth of food. There was only two people in front of me in the drive-through once I receive my food and got home the $10 chicken supreme meal looks like it should’ve been worth $4. I ordered two sides as well and only received one. I had attempted to call multiple times within a 30 minute time frame. I was unable to reach anybody I had to call a different store and speak to a general manager there who was very nice. She told me she could take care of me if I brought my food by their store tomorrow on my way home however, their store was in a completely different direction. So she advised me to hang onto the food and take it back with my receipt. I had finally gotten annoyed and drove back out to the Enka Candler store. I had asked the cashier to speak to the general manager she stated “I will let her know, she’s on the phone. She will be just a minute.” The general manager heard my concerns apologized, told me she was short staffed and gave me a refund.

The food taste good but it will give you health problems if you eat it to often (like all other fast food places). So, I’m not picking on Bo but the entire industry of fast food. I visited there the other day because I was very thirsty. The food looked good so I got a sandwich as well… no fries.

Went here with my husband, asked for a scrambled egg for my son, I asked they cook it thoroughly for him. I got them but the eggs was brown and greasy from where they haven’t cleaned off the grill. For a infant? I sent them back and the manager cleaned the grill off and cooked his eggs fresh and deeply apologized the tea was old and tasted spoiled. And the Pepsi tasted flat and like soap. A lot of the workers was outside most of the time smoking cigarettes and just talking instead of working especially the girl that took our order, instead of making sure our food was done and ready in the window of freshness and was up to standard food practices. I used to go here as a teenager with my mom, but I will not be going back anytime soon.

Why is this place still here? Spent 15 minutes in the drive thru line while they took one order, filled it and, took the next order, I’m sure that they don’t have great per customer times even though they were gaming the system. I saw 5 cars pull off before getting to the speaker. Get to the window and both people inside are, red eyed and sniffing. Could be pollen. Food ok, Atmosphere, long annoying wait in line. Service, I’m sure I could drive to the next store and back before I got served, why am I wasting time at this one?

Ok, look. I’m queer as hell, I look queer as hell, and I was told small town Tennessee was going to be a hard place for me to be. I can see how it can be difficult for the long term and the overall politics of the state are oppressive, but for visiting, I’ve had nothing but a great time made even better by the kind people who I’ve been lucky enough to interact with. The staff at this location truly made my trip here special. They were friendly, professional, and you could tell they had a good time working together.

First time trying Bojangles! The fried chicken was above average and super crunchy. Better than Popeyes or KFC bone in chicken. We ordered an 8 piece family meal (2 sides, 4 biscuits, 1/2 gal of tea). They started off by telling us they were out of white meat chicken and would have to give us 4 thighs. They didn’t discount the meal even though we paid for 2 breasts. That was disappointing. Ordered Cole slaw and mashed potatoes with gravy as our sides. Was told they were out of slaw then. Employee was on the rude side as we asked if they were out of other things and if she knew if other locations were also out. Ended up getting Mac & cheese as our second side. Got home and opened the box to find the biscuits crunchy, dried out, and very very dark as if they’d been under a heat lamp for a long time! The flavor of the biscuits were really good and I can only imagine a fresh one would’ve been that much better. The jug off tea we were given was soured and had to be poured out. The Mac & cheese was cold. Potatoes and gravy and chicken were good.
