Called in an order only to be told they were out of steak. Ordered something different and was told it would be ready in about 20 minutes.. 45 minutes later the server comes out and asks what kind of sides do I want, and was informed they were out of mashed potatoes… Meanwhile standing in the entrance because they have failed to offer me a seat…

This was one of worst experiences I have ever had. It was a private event but service was beyond slow and I waited over for my entree which I never received. My mother got her salad with no utensils or dressing. Appetizer came with no salt on pretels. The drinks were good. It took so long to get entrees we had to leave and just told server never mind. The two servers were doing their best but it was easy to see they were overwhelmed.

The service and atmosphere here are both wonderful. I had the scallops. They were average for scallops. Not bad, just average. My husband had the stuffed haddock and stuffed shrimp. He enjoyed them but found the crab stuffing to be slightly gamey. We both enjoyed the lettuce wraps with hoisen sauce.

Has a ton of potential but we were going for a birthday celebration & the birthday person was wanting King Crab. All the menus posted online from this place showed King crab along with many other seafood dishes. We were so excited to give it a go. We go there and the menu was completely different than what was posted online. I’m sure that shortages may be occurring with some items but the menu was copy paper staples together touting bar food staples, pizza, wings, and handhelds, along with a hand written extra paper with a few snow crab options and maybe a few other seafood options. The staff was kind and understanding when we chose to move our party elsewhere to meet the birthday person’s request for king crab.

WE Will NOT GO BACK! We sat down at a table at 7 pm. We ordered appetizers( loaded nachos, fried veggies, pretzel bites, and peppers in oil), nothing complex. At 815pm, we still didn’t have any food! We canceled our order and ordered 2 cheese plates to take into the comedy show. 15 minutes later, the waitress comes out and tells us they didn’t have cheese plates available…. Seemed very disorganized and there were other customers dissapointed as well. We noticed a lot of dinners being returned to the kitchen. Not one person from management came to our table to apologize or at least make up some excuse for the awful experience. The only positive thing we could say about the night was the comedy show was great, and we were able to purchase 2 little bags of peanuts from the bar side to enjoy as our dinner LOL.

Called to see how long kitchen was open, they told us 1030. Showed up at 930PM 2 employees sitting at the end of the bar she gets up and says friers we’re shut down a half hour ago. Wouldn’t recommend seemed pretty empty. Also didn’t see employees we’re happy to have business walk through the door I can see why there’s a help wanted sign on the door.

Do not expect Yo. Crab Co, nor anything similar to it. The wait staff were trying but seemed overwhelmed. Very understaffed in the kitchen, smelled Marijuana coming from kitchen and there was a bunch of clinging and clanging but little plates served. I’ve worked in the restaurant setting and this experience was sad, just sad. Seafood was similar to what you buy at Walmart in quantity, quality, and taste. Food was undercooked and took an hour for Luke warm soup and basic salad smothered in shredded cheese and tomotes to arrive to the table. Will not be returning.

They need to update their online menu. I order beer batter zucchini fries and she said oh that’s not on our ordering online menu , but that’s what’s online The sign said haddock fish dinners for 11 99! 0 no we don’t have haddock we have cod that a white fish to she saided. If you did not have haddock the signs should come down ! I was not happy the fish dinner that was 11.99 was tasteless!
