I ordered a pizza for delivery at 6:40pm. The pizza arrived at 9pm. Pizza was hard, cold, and dry as if it was left under a heating lamp for too long. I received a call from Dominos at 7:36 saying it was going to be late because they are understaffed of delivery drivers but that it shouldn’t be much longer. I was understanding about it. I called later at 8:20 and they said “didn’t we call you earlier and you said it was fine.” Yeah you guys called me almost an hour ago! A pizza taking 2 hours and a half to be delivered on a Monday night is embarrassing. Pay your employees better so you have enough staff. Obviously there’s a reason the establishment is understaffed, ridiculous. Should’ve just doordashed a pizza instead.

Thanks everybody! Excellent experience this evening – ordering was easy but even better than that was the pick up experience. The gentlemen at the counter were warm and friendly, my food was hot and ready to go, my sauces and plates were packed up in a bag. Yummy dinner for the family, and no dishes for me! As a side note, it’s really clean and nice inside here! There are tables and seating, a tv, a chalk wall. My toddler would love to eat inside I’m sure, so we will try that out next time!

Never have I ever felt more at home with a fast food chain! I am always greeted by smiles and excellent customer service. I’d like to specifically point out Brandon W, as he is always there with a beaming smile and always eager to give out the best service there is! The pizza is always on point as well. Placed a delivery order at 12:54. I was told the pizza would arrive in 30-40 minutes. Pizza never arrived so I called to check on the pizza at 1:51. The same person told me that the driver already left. It is now 2:44 and the pizza has not arrived. GPS says I’m 16 minutes away from them. Delivery service is very slow and the person answering the call continuously misrepresent the status of the order.

Placed an order online for delivery. After 45 minutes of no delivery status I call the store to learn there is only one driver and delivery would be at least 20 more minutes. I decide to go pick up. I ordered a hand tossed and a pan. I get two hand tossed. Frustrated I just leave. Won’t order again.

Horrible service. Waiting over 30 minutes for 2 pizzas, asked for extra sauce and got hardly any. No apology or anything but attitude from all employees. Especially the 2 arguing with manager on duty and with customer on how long orders are taking. No consideration or anything while all customers are watching this.

Took my fathers money, he waited 40 min, complained was told the pizzas were in the oven. 20 min later they said they couldn’t find it and they haven’t even started it. Took the money and now am having to fight the get it back. Manager also has no service skills, go to whatever other dominos but this one has gone downhill and unless you want to fight and half way have to file a report to get your money back steer clear

Just ordered a large three-top pizza from Domino’s and I found a big piece of plastic (See pictures) in my pizza. I literally choked on it! I can’t believe they were so careless!!! I couldn’t imagine my son choking in this instead of me! This is definitely a lawsuit waiting to happen!
