I’m extremely upset with the food, I feel like the french fries were old french fries that they reheated, and some of them had a different taste to them and texture as if they came from someone else’s plate. The chicken was very small. Not very tasty. When I called to discuss the food with the restaurant they eventually hung up the phone on me. I was unable to bring the food back because I had to work and only went during my lunch break. Outside of the taste the portions were very small I took a picture of the food exactly as I got it without eating any of it. Attached to this review. I would stay away from this place.

I wouldn’t exactly call this a cozy place, it’s a pretty standard restaurant. The interior could use some updates but it’s not unacceptable. It’s also not the best Mexican you ever had but the food is definitely good. I’ll come back again. I came with a large group for a team lunch and pretty much everything we ordered was good. I’m just curious about the happy hour and what that’s like.

Okay, I understand “good” customer service and the usual experience we expect at any restaurant. At Pansa Llena, the customer service is good but you’ll have to get their attention for additional or continual service. We enjoyed our time there, so the service was just one factor to consider.

White Latina very rude and discriminated against me. When I entered and said hello, she looked at me with the meanest grimace and proceeded past me to help the Spanish speaking customers who entered after me. I was there first! This isn’t right. As I sat at the bar waiting for service, she ignored me multiple times and proceeded to help others who didn’t look like me. This place isn’t black people friendly, so I eventually left. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

my order was like $30 and they forgot the rice for both tacos and the taco shells was super stale!! i asked for a refund they said i have to come back and bring the food and they’ll make me a new one thats so inconvenient for me? and they were so unprofessional and they hung up the phone on me this place went downhill the crispy tacos used to be good and now theyre stale and i wont be returning. i don’t recommend this place anymore

I bought tacos with chicken for take out. The chicken was cut up in small pieces and had a used oil taste. There was no tomatoes, cheese on it. Had to pay extra for side of sour cream. Not worth the expensive price.

Been coming here for almost 8 years. I’ve noticed the past couple times I’ve come, the wait staff are very rude. The prices have also gone up with the quality staying the same which is unfortunate. The workers will argue with you and then start talking about you in Spanish, like it’s not the second most common language spoken here and you can’t understand it ( when you can). It use to be an alright place but it’s losing its charm for me. I also ordered a quarter chicken at my last visit and it was bleeding inside still, I hadn’t noticed until I had left and actually cut it open.
