While the food is always great. The service is less than desirable. It takes forever for the food to be made. I placed an order online for it to be ready at noon and it wasn’t ready until almost 30 minutes after it was supposed to be. If you are planning to order ahead, make sure to allow PLENTY of time for your food to be ready. I will be avoiding this place in the future!

McAlisters has a welcoming, order at the counter, and self-seat environment. They have salads, soups, sandwiches, and spuds(baked potatoes). Our order did take quite a while to come out, but it was overall okay. Definitely on the bland side, but it had good quality ingredients at least.

Place is extremely slow with orders. Drive thru will be 20 minutes plus. Online orders missing items and person working kitchen was extremely rude as if it was my fault. Turns out they don’t offer the item I was able to select from the online menu. So they just gave me nothing and hoped that would work and when it didn’t they were very rude. Not all of them but the lady working the kitchen was very rude about it and went about her business because she was behind and couldn’t be bothered to deal with a customer that should have been on my way home 20 minutes earlier. Foods good service is subpar, rude employee means there are plenty of other options in this town so why even bother.

Do not waste your money and time coming here! Went in to pick up my online order today and I noticed the bag was way lighter than it should have been. Checked the bag and I was missing like 4 items! Had to go back to the register and inquire about it and they were just like yeah they’re outta stock. They didn’t even let me know when I came in and were just going to let me get all the way home to find out? Terrible service. Got home and realized my sandwich was missing the bacon and cheese I paid for and the marbled rye was clearly not fresh, it was old and hard as a rock! Couldn’t even eat it, just threw it away! Would have went back and demanded a refund if I felt like dealing with the place again. Which I DON’T! Zero stars.

I bought food spend over 40$ I started eating my food I noticed the avocados were not fresh so I checked the sandwich and I stopped eating but I had already ate the soup. I got very sick a few hours later my stomach was just hurting super bad the next day I started vomiting. I had my fiancé call. They sent us to voicemail. We had commented and tagged them in a post. They commented then deleted it. After telling us to call. We called again. They have refused to call us back or do anything about the situation. We didn’t even eat all the food we had to throw it away. I took pictures and have a picture of the receipt. This is really just sad because I actually liked going here. I will never spend a penny here again.

Went to lunch with my mom to this location yesterday (4/28/23) and the food was great (what we expected it to be) and we got everything pretty quickly but I wanted to leave a review of the staff. They were so friendly and kind, they made sure everybody was taken care of well, and I just could not have had a nicer experience dining out.

They got my order wrong in so many ways. If you make a change to the menu, like adding more meat or removing something from a spud, they remove the original items. Ummm, No! Still want the originals. Extra butter means put in more. If I ask if you put something in the bag and you said you did it yourself, it better be in the bag!

Everytime I go here I remind myself why it’s an awful idea. They’re always understaffed. My food was finished but the cashier can’t hand it to me cuz apparently it needs 200 salt and peppers, 2 butters, and silverware, which she can’t deal with while serving all of the customers drinks. I asked to not get silverware as I was taking it home and I was told I had to take the plastic silverware. The previous time I was there in the summer the AC was so cold the staff were literally wearing winter coats. As we had not thought to bring our coats with us, we were Very Cold. Upon remarking to the staff that it could be less cool, we were told that corporate is in charge of the temperature.
