I worked at a Casey’s 20 years ago. We had an armed robbery and Casey’s didn’t offer me anything and the police didn’t want to investigate so they hinted that I set it up. They’ve got good pizza tho. Btw, they caught those robbers and they got 8 and 12 years in prison!

Love getting drinks and snacks from here. But the cheese potatoes bites are nasty because they are cooked in nasty fryer grease. In my home town they are my favorite due to them making them in the oven. So please if you see a Lyndsi ordering cheese potatoes bites due me a favor and make them in the oven.

Went to pick up a pizza for breakfast on 8/15/22. When I arrived, the woman making the pizza became very rude and started to berate me for ordering saying it was an inconvenience for her to make the pizza (apparently, doing your job is inconvenient) tried escalating to corporate, but they don’t care enough to respond so I’m entirely done with the Casey’s brand.

As of 6/23/2021 I will no longer be using this location. The man running the deli at 4:45 pm last night will be have corporate called on him. He was overly aggressive, rude and disrespectful to my wife while she was trying to pick up an order. When she told him he was rude, he keep talking bad about her to another employee while we were trying to check out. I confronted him and I was told that he can speak his mind whenever he wants. He was very aggressive with me. Will be calling the store manager today. Will add an update after that conversation. If you in the area stay far away from this place.

I generally love Caseys pizza However, the pizza in Owensville mo location sucks! The dough is always mushy like is isn’t cooked thoroughly, either heat not hot enough or wasn’t in long enough. I’ve asked for a slice of pizza to be put back in the oven and my request was refused. I’ve called after I having bought a slice and informed them that the pizza wasn’t done, the oven wasn’t high enough or the pizza wasn’t left in long enough. I’ve bought many slices only to get to my car and have to throw it away because it’s not done and I can’t even scrape it off the cardboard.
