The Bluebird Bistro is a nice addition to the restaurant scene of Centralia. I went in for an early lunch and was greeted by an owner who told me the menu favorites. My decision came down to the jalapeno popper grilled cheese and the seasonal salad. I ultimately chose the seasonal salad, and wasn’t disappointed. My child chose a quesadilla that came with goldfish crackers. I encourage everyone to give The Bluebird Bistro a try. 6/5

Had the Chicken Caesar Salad earlier in the week and went back for The Magoo and potato salad today! So yummy!! Such a cute store and have enjoyed using the online ordering app both times! Quick service, good food, and friendly small town feel! LOVE IT!

I don’t usually go for ‘sandwhiches” as my meal, but this sandwich was amazing. It was so good, we went back 2 days later, and it was just as good as the 1st time. It’s a little pricey, but I would definitely recommend it.

I absolutely love this restaurant! Why? First of all there has never been a grilled cheese sandwich in all of my 55 years of life that tastes as good as their signature Jalapeño Popper Grilled Cheese. Secondly, you can order for easy takeout using an app called “Toast Takeout.” The app is easy to use and the order is usually ready in 15 minutes or less. Their Greek salad and Broccoli salad are great additions as well. The Greek is easily big enough to split between two people. Been a customer of theirs since last summer and have always received the same delicious entrée each time and a smile with each bite..

Awesome change of pace for centralia! Food was ready as soon as I walked in after an online order, the staff was super friendly, and the over all feel of the place was super welcoming and nice.
