Service was superb here. The cashier/receptionist/server gave great recommendations and checked how I was doing regularly, engaged in conversation, and felt like he was genuinely interested in my opinion on my food.

Never disappointed with this place! They do not skimp on the chamoi in the mangonadas which I love. Everyone raves about the birria tacos but I think they’re just okay. They’re usually kind of soft & the consome tastes like it could be from powder because it has a grainy texture some days. I believe the plain carnitas (pulled pork) tacos are even better! I hope to try other dishes in the future since I have never had a bad experience. Only thing that disappoints me is that there are no margaritas! 🙂

This place needs to be busier.

My first visit here was a great one. Ordering was a bit confusing as the cashier took a phone call during the transaction. A HUGE plato de carnitas was soon delivered. An entire feast of carnitas (with sautéed onions), lettuce, sour cream, pico de gallo, rice, beans, and El Milagro tortillas was sat down at our booth. All this for twelve dollars? I absolutely fell in love. I cannot wait to try their tacos al pastor and sopes….

This place serves some of the best tacos I’ve had in all of Huntsville. Their tacos de birria came fried with the traditional birria sauce and it was off the charts. I’m looking forward to going back again to try their other menu items!

Based on a recommendation from a friend, we ate at Taqueria las Adelitas twice last week and this is now our favorite Mexican place. We’ve been in search of a “go to” Mexican restaurant for years and the long search (and immense patience) has finally paid off. Delicious food, friendly customer service and great value. I had the California burrito and carne asada fries and was thoroughly impressed. The tacos were amazing too. You’ve got to try this place, you won’t be disappointed! Enjoy!

You can tell the food is homemade, not from a can. The chicken is seasoned perfectly as is the pork. The Cali burrito is my favorite so far!

Food truck authentic Mexican dishes in the nice air-conditioning! I enjoyed the food and the owner is very friendly. If there was a negative, it would be that the hot foods could have been a little hotter when served. I will definitely return. Plates are $11 to $13 or so, but the ingredients seem pretty good. There is no soda dispenser, so you have to buy it by the can.

They coaxed out a lot of flavor from the jalapenos and red sauce. A great compliment to the sweet shrimp.

I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience here. The menu prices were good. I can’t get past how flavorful the food was too. Really friendly staff too. If you’re on the fence, go ahead and give this place a try.
