Used App but didn’t finish order. Was charged anyway for my order. Tried to contact McDonalds Corporate. What a rat race. First they responded to say they had to escalate my issue relating to being charged for an order never received, then I get a response to another email that there was nothing they could do corporately for anything that was over 7 days old. What ever happened to customer service? At the very least they could have offered a credit to my app for the next visit. I am out the money completely and no resolve has ever been offered. What a joke.
