Sometimes when I ask for Uber or DoorDash they always forget my sodas or I always get what I don’t ask for. This time I ordered 2 Gyros and both were with chicken, I really can’t because I decided not to eat chicken because I’m pregnant and that’s what they put me aside, one of the dishes was with Caesar salad and they put lettuce, oil and cheese, which I am intolerable to lactose, the ticket they put in the bag was completely modified to the order made by Uber eat! It seems to me that before changing something on the plate they should contact the client, otherwise they will refund the order!

They don’t have a sign for Uber eats drivers. I waited in the drive thru 10 mins no movement at all. One of the workers came out when I parked the car to go inside she said it’s closed you have to wait in line. I wait another 10 mins & rolled the window down to ask if I can just get the order & she said you have to park on the side & go up to the window & claimed she had said that earlier when she didn’t. I go up to the window & they say it will take 10 more mins to cook chicken for the salad. Unless you have 20 + minutes to spare waiting at night I wouldn’t waste your time. Management should put signs up for delivery drivers so they know when they close inside, where to pick up, if they’re going to be providing orders through Uber eats then it needs to be more organized & deliveries should be priority. If I get another order for this place I’m not taking it or coming here myself.3 staff members working at night & it took over 20 mins to serve 4 cars and still no salad ?? Really ?

Counter service was horrible. The server asked us to wait and we waited around 10 minutes when the cooked asked us what we wanted. He said he was going to get our food started. We waited still a little longer till the server came back. She took my daughters money for her order and look right past me when I tried to pay for mine. She took my son’s debit card and charged him for my food. Food was great but server not.

The food is always fresh at this location.the people taking your order can sometimes be a hit and miss,but for the most part your order is always right and it’s never that long if a wait. Atmosphere can be clean at times but they do be busy,so there can be little windows for cleaning.overall your in good hands here
