It’s always exciting to find a new eatery that you can consider a regular spot! I ordered a cup tomato soup with pesto but I wish I had ordered more! It came with a fresh side of fruit which was the perfect balance of healthy that I was aiming for. I ordered a half vegan vegetable sandwich and it was huge!! there were pickled onions on it which were super tasty. My boyfriend got the ham panini and really enjoyed it. I can’t wait to return to try their huge variety of soups, salads, and sandwiches. Super friendly service and was quick to fill our order! Highly recommend.

This is a take out or catering spot, but in the midst of chains all around this is some really wonderful food. We shared a Cuban panini and very large Beef Stew and it was some of the most thoughtfully prepared and best tasting food we had in Oregon. Don’t be foolish if you live nearby got get take out!

Really impressed with the food quality and the creativity of the dishes. Excellent taste as well. I have a hard time getting my husband to go to healthy food places but he tried the Hungarian mushroom soup and the roast beef sandwich and both were winners with him! Also, they have half a sandwich with soup or salad combo’s for the lighter appetite.So nice to find a place we can both enjoy.

Fresh Thyme is a great little Cafe with a mom and pop hometown feel. It provides a cozy environment and really good food. I was plesantly surprised with the menu options and extremely satisfied with my meal. They have unique salad options. You can’t go wrong with whatever you order. Love the soup here. It’s my wife’s go-to for soups. The veggie soup with gouda is yummy (like you’re having a soup version of pizza sauce!), broccoli cheddar and the chicken noodle. All three were great. And yes, also the homemade chocolate chip cookie.

Clam Chowder needed more clams and a richer/more cream. Broth based and thin. Lots of thick potatoes.. Which i don’t think i liked as much.. Delicate nice flavors but not something I would crave and go back for. Had a better clam chowder as a side at an Irish restaurant. Maybe thats just difference I. preference though. The Hungarian Mushroom soup was pretty good. Overall no toppings.. Prices a bit high for an industrial location offering only take out. No dine in option at all.
