We walked in and immediately felt welcomed.. Beautiful customer service and great food. Place looked really cleaned. Twice been burnt. Last week I ordered two #15 fill ups. Include a breast , potato , biscuit , cookie & drink. Both fill ups contained cheaper thighs ( dark) rather than breasts. Yuck. Guess the geniuses don’t know the difference. Called the store 5 times with no answer. They let it go to fax.

The person running the drive through was annoyed and huffing on the conversation. We wanted original recipe and she was pushing extra crispy. That meal was fine. The other meal a pot pie, was inedible. Instead of being a normal potpie consistency, it was more solid, like a quiche, totally solid. My husband couldn’t eat it. See pictures. We were at home when he opened it and we didn’t want to drive 15 minutes to go back.

Manager on 5/10 at 6pm was rude when I called About my forty three dollar order that was missing A potato and gravy and a coleslaw. I Also got a Pepsi when I meant to order an iced tea and she refused to give me The iced tea. She told me I should have checked the accuracy of my order.

I ordered the chicken pot pie which I had not tried in years because I had a bad one from another store years ago. This one was absolutely delicious and at a great price! For sure I’ll be going back for more. Service at the drive-thru is also very friendly and fast.

Used the drive thru so can’t tell you about atmosphere but I can tell you the famous bowl and the wrap were phenomenal and the tall gentleman at the window had a smile so big he might have just discovered the birds and the bees. This KFC has great workers

It’s crazy hot here in the summer and I couldn’t eat my food in the restaurant because the air conditioning wasn’t working, and these poor employees have to work in those conditions. Fix the AC , owner!
