Sat in the drive through line for literally over 30 minutes. Slowest fast food establishment I’ve ever been through and will not do so again. Most Chicfila locations are run pretty smoothly for how busy they are. This one was completely ridiculous.

Went through the drive through and customer service was HORRIBLE. instead of explaining that they couldn’t do something the women had a very bad attitude. Then part of the order was left out and when we went inside to fix it they told us they could no longer make the missing parts of order because it was past 10:30. im sorry but i paid , was there on time and they left part of the order out and would not fix it. did not even offer compensation for one person no longer being able to eat breakfast.

Typical quality, freshness, and cleanliness you expect from Chic fil A. Service is fast and friendly even during the rush, and order was correct. Plenty of seating indoors, and there’s even a play place for the little ones. A double lane drive thru keeps the lines moving outside. The only negative is that the parking is tight since the lot is small and near the beach.

We’ve visited this Chick-fil-A several times and it is ALWAYS busy. We usually do the drive-thru and our orders are always prepared correctly, delivered efficiently, and taste great. On our recent trip we went into the restaurant for breakfast and while the food was good and the service was great, the tables were not clean. I’ve never encountered dirty tables in a Chick-fil-A before and I was shocked. I found the cleanest table there was and wiped it down before eating.

What else do you expect from the #1 quick service restaurant chain in America? Why no one else can duplicate their superior service, food and cleanliness is beyond me. McD’s used to be known for their consistency, but that is now used to describe the amazing Chick-fil-A chain. No matter which one you go to, you WILL get a quality experience and very consistent food at any of their locations. The seasonal peach milkshake is a must and the Spicy grilled chicken salad is my goto favorite!!

I just ordered lunch through my Chick-fil-A app and had it delivered through DoorDash for lunch. We were missing a sandwich. After waiting on hold and multiple props I was able to speak with Donnie and the manager on duty is Syran. Instead of corrected the issue or getting another sandwich out they let me know that I need to call and sit on hold with DoorDash because it’s a DoorDash problem even though Chick-Fil-A is the one that sealed bag. Meanwhile, my son, is it having lunch. Extremely unhappy with this customer service… Someone needs to look into a better system..

Drive thru order. NOT the same service I’ve come to expect from Chic FiL A. Ordered a plain sausage biscuit and it came with egg and cheese. Also had to ask when at the window for sugar, then a stir stick, then condiments. They usually ask if you need any condiments when ordering. Not the case here. Additionally, we were one of two customers in the drive thru and it took nearly 10 minutes beginning to end. I can only imagine what it will look like at lunch time with the same staff.
