This used to be the Round Table in the area to go to. But now it is so empty and sad. I went in and ordered 3 pizzas and not only was the service bad, every last order was wrong. The benches were broken, the area was dirty, they don’t have regular plates. You have to use floppy, cheap paper plates. I was very disappointed.

I believe this round table has gone under new management, and if so, there is a big difference in a great way. I left a past review and talked about the quality wasn’t the greatest, and they never wanted to give any ranch or cheese or peppers. This has all changed for the better. First off the twist are so much better, the pizza quality is better and the service is honestly really good. I’m so glad this is close to my home. I’m now a continuous customer. This Round Table has won me back.

Customer services was horrible. The young lady was very snappy when asked question of clarification. My pizza was made very messy and seem to be old as well as the bread sticks. I recently moved back home and roundtable is one of my go to pizza spots. With having Covid I needed to feed my family and thought why not try roundtable for dinner? Biggest mistake I will not be spending money with this location again.

I’ve been going here weekly for the past 10+ years and don’t have one bad word to say about this wonderful establishment or it’s employees. Pizza is always fresh, delicious and made as ordered. These are tremendously important characteristics of a pizza place, but what’s kept me coming back year in and year out are the people. It’s obvious that management really cares about the type of people they employ (seems like they chose the best of the best from the local high school). The workers at this location are always very professional and courteous, something I’d always be willing to pay a premium for.

Called to ask a question on June 16 between 4 and 5 pm and Lady on the phone didn’t even bother to let me ask the question. She said we don’t take orders, but that wasn’t even my question. As I was about to ask if they had a salad bar already, she said again we don’t take orders and banged the phone. Hope their customer service improves.
