It’s a typical Chipotle, convenient location with lots of free parking. The interiors could use some decor (the white walls and grey exposed ceiling structure don’t contribute much to a pleasant and enjoyable visit).

The food was fine but the staff unwilling to answer any questions just shrugged tables dirty and poorly arranged so if anyone was sitting you couldn’t get to other tables and the supposedly fresh tortilla chips were stale as hell. Not worth the hype or price

Do not order from this restaurant, you have a very slim chance of actually getting your food, this has been going on for weeks. This location has no respect for their customers time and likes to leave online ordering active while the location is closed with a sign on the door. Not only do customers get sent home disappointed without their meal, they have to waste more time with Chipotle support asking for their refund. How irresponsible can you be? I expected better from a national brand.

So I would have given 5 stars but you had to order online, I didn’t like that. But they were faster than the time estimated so that was nice, that i think was due to there star player on the line, her name was Meredith, she was fast and efficient, they had about 4 people on the line and they were going fast for how much business they had online, the manager was good to changing trash and cleaning up the line while they others got orders together. This was like a well oiled machine, and everything was fresh. Thank you Chipotle for another great meal…

Multiple times I have mobile ordered from this chipotle, because you can only mobile order which is fine. However, half the time I go to pick up my order the restaurant is closed despite the mobile order going through and the hours online saying the restaurant is open. I am glad they close if staffing ratios are not safe, but I wish there was some way for the store to turn off mobile ordering when they’re closed so I stop having to bother customer service for refunds. Then, if I actually have successfully been able to get my order half the time I wait a long time for it (often twenty to thirty minutes past my pickup time-which is fine as I know the staff are all working SO SO hard and probably doing the job of 5 people as 1 person) but my order often ends up being completely wrong (not just one or two fillings, usually every filling is incorrect). I know the staff inside is working so hard despite the challenges they face, and they will always be kind and hardworking, but just be careful when ordering here!

I order online for this location because the Woburn and Burlington locations are awful. I place my order. I show up 15 minutes later at 7pm, this location closes at 8pm. If they weren’t supposed to be open the app would say they’re closed. I show up and they’re closed. So they charged my card, confirmed my order, and the restaurant was closed. I hate Chipotle. This is the most poorly run area. Their regional manager needs to be fired. This is atrocious
