I came through the drive-tru 9/23/23 around 4pm and ordered chicken… This food was so disgusting and it made me sick to the stomach! The fries were very hard and the chicken was very greasy! This store seems not to care about food quality.. The girl who took my order gave off some very bad vibes on top of that. I would never recommend eating at this restaurant! I couldn’t even finis the meal because I was sickened by the greasy taste! Some people file lawsuits for eating bad food.. It’s 8pm now and my stomach is still upset!!!!

If you’re reading this you’re probably one of the unlucky souls that placed an online order, came in for a ‘quick’ pick-up and your order wasn’t ready so now you’re waiting in the restaurant reading all the negative reviews. If you haven’t placed your order, just know that you need to add 15-30 minutes to your apps pickup time for your food to be ready. And I’m sorry but I don’t think there is an easy way to cancel on the app if you need to be somewhere and can’t wait any longer. But seriously how long does it take to put 8 pieces of chicken in a bucket when the chicken is already cooked and just sitting there? Also, I think the quick pickup box is turned around backwards so it’s not even being used correctly. Shouldn’t they be putting my order in the box and I just stroll up and see my order and grab it and go? No, that would make too much sense! What else? Ok the chicken is pretty good but I think it would taste better if you weren’t so angry from having to wait around so long. Also I’m really only coming here for the $10 eight piece bucket and once it disappears in the app it’s back to the $5 rotisserie chicken at Costco. Since you’ve got the time I’ll digress. Did you know that I read that they want us to eat less chicken and that they want the prices to keep rising? Why? I think it has something to do with the environment. But honestly I think they want us to be less happy. Not sure what else to say other than I hope you get your order soon and try and find happiness even with outrageous chicken prices!

I’ve been a resident of OV for 20+ years and usually try to avoid this spot due to past experience. Tonight, this all changed. I didn’t feel like a jerk just for ordering. When I walked in, Malcolm (the gentleman working the front) greeted me with a huge smile and was genuinely happy to take my order. As I was putting my card in the chip reader, he gave me a military discount because of the bank I use (and I didn’t even ask). The whole crew there seemed to enjoy their evening and I believe it’s the first time I’ve ordered here and it didn’t sound like the normal complaints from the crew. I can’t say I will be at this store everyday, but I will say that I will no longer drive by this restaurant looking the other way. Thank you Malcolm and all the crew working on this rainy night. You all are superstars!

I CONSTANTLY have issues ordering from this place on door dash. They constantly run out of food an hour before closing and this time they literally TOLD THE DASHER TO HAVE ME CANCEL THE ORDER, which would mean NO REFUND for me. Door dash thankfully cancelled but this KFC needs to learn how to use their doordash system because they are constantly shown as open when they are closed and they don’t seem to even know how to cancel an order. This KFC is the only restaurant I’ve had to cancel on the behalf of!

This place isn’t the best. KFC and Taco Bell in one. They weren’t prepared for the day, and they opened a half hour later than should have so we had to wait outside starving after a 9 hour car trip. The tacos were made half assed and had practically nothing on them. Then they were out of mild sauce which is our favorite sauce and the butter they gave us for our biscuits was half frozen! They also wouldn’t put syrup in the soda machines so they basically had soda water to drink and the food tasted like it was recooked from yesterday, EWWW! AND NOBODY WORE GLOVES WHILE HANDLING FOOD!!!! Not to mention the bathroom was disgusting and not stocked!

Pretty slow no matter what you order. You can see them make meals & then they sit there because they aren’t being made in the correct order. If you’ve got time to wait then it’s no problem. But don’t go here if you are in a rush

Didn’t receive my receipt, shouldn’t have to ask for one and I hen my order that I did get one of them was messed up smh. Fries were cold chicken extra crispy not what I asked for just the whole order was messy smh and yet I have to eat this because going back up to complain isn’t going to do any justice smh. Chicken is so hard to the touch smh I can’t even eat it now. Dinner is jacked up not coming back here.

Inadequate and terrible customer service. No acceptable greeting at the speaker, my order was not repeated to me nor was I given a total of what my order costs, then when I got to the window they had my order wrong. I ordered two bean burritos with extra onion. The burritos were so sloppily made the sauce was smeared all on the inside of the wrapper and was very messy. The extra onions I ordered for all in one glob inside the messy burrito. I have been here a total of three times in the employees are never polite or even act like they have any customer service skills. I’m glad I can cook at home. Not coming back to this location.
