Not exactly a warm welcome when you come in… No greeting or smile from the staff. I got a half and half pizza, but one side was cut smaller than the other. Besides that, the food looked good and tasted fine. Service was fast, too.

Online site had a glitchey mess wouldn’t let me do delivery, wouldn’t let me pick pan, & kept a time of 545 pm for pick up even though I changed 3 times, so I went down to store & explained they had a staff of 2 & 1 a driver they were very busy but the man & woman stepped up have great customer service & made my order immediately that was super nice of them & much appreciated.. pizza was yummy & the chicken was awesome thank you so much . I have 4 stars due to computer issues. But the staff was 10 stars in my opinion.. they were running all over & still helped me with kindness & a smile thank you, you don’t see that much any more. It’s appreciated.

Newest location in the area (2018), carry out open until 10pm, delivery until 12 (1 on Friday/Saturday) am, quick service, friendly staff, and delivers to most of West Sac (cut off is Marshall Road), and open every day except Thanksgiving and X-Mas day.

So me & my wife order from here all the time & usually it’s really good food. But today we ordered a thick crust creamy garlic white sauce Canadian bacon pineapple regular bacon large. What we got was a regular crust & instead of creamy garlic white sauce what we got was clearly not sauce but instead it was smothered in garlic powder. & it was barely warm. We were hungry & didn’t want to call back & Waite for a correct order so we just ate it as is but for $22.17 it was really disapointing. It was almost as if they had taken someone else’s messed up order & added to it & delivered it to us. We will still order from here but it was just a sad excuse for a pizza this time.

We were helping a friend move so pizzas were in order! We got 4, two topping pizzas for 25 bucks. The best value in town!!! The guy even gave us the coolest luttle peppers, and parmesan cheese dispensers! I’d Forgotten how Domino’s hits the spot without hitting the pocket book!

Ordered one large pizza, a 32 oz Pepsi, and some garlic bread-twists. It was over THIRTY-SEVEN DOLLARS! The pizza was decent, but was barren for the entire outer 5-6″ around the whole thing. No sauce, no cheese, no toppings, nothing. Like getting half what I paid for. Pepsi was Pepsi, but easily the most stale, old, and disgusting garlic bread-twists I have ever received in my life. It would not be an exaggeration to wonder if they were from the day before. I am NOT kidding. Call somewhere else, anywhere else, but do not waste your time and money here. .

Great place. Only ever ordered carry out. Today was my first time ordering delivery. I ordered at 7:40. Food was finished at 8:00. Not bad. Time for delivery. The delivery driver could not find my apartment and called to ask for help at 8:30. The phone connected to account was dead at the time. That’s my bad. So later i call back, and am told i have to call the manager to confirm i still want my food. Ok. Yeah I called. Confirmed. “15 mins you’ll get your food.” It was another 34 mins. So i ordered at 7:40, and got my food at 10:15. I am more so disappointed. Good cary out and pick up. Bad delivery.

Both times I have ordered from this place now have been terrible. The first time took over an hour and a half. This second time took over an hour with only a 20 minute expected time. By the time the pizza had gotten to my house we already got other food and had forgot about the cold pizza that was finally arriving. Dominos used to be nice, the others are at least useful to get your order most times. This one is by far the worst. Do not recommend. Do not believe the delivery time for one second. Maybe if you add about 40 mins to it. Wish I kept the pictures of the burnt Parmesan bites. That was atrocious. Last time eating here.

Ordered a pizza for a student reward lunch. Called yesterday and made arrangements, offered to pay and was told I couldn’t pay until Friday. Person agreed to call me at 10:30 am when they opened to get my payment or agreed I could call at 11 when my students went to recess. 3 to 11 I get a call my pizza is here but she wants cash. She can’t take my cc payment. I ask her to leave the pizza in the school office as agreed yesterday and I would call the store to pay. I call the store and pay but I am told the driver took the pizza so now my students have no lunch. The manager says the dtiver will drive back with it. 10 minutes later I get a call the driver is not coming back and the best she can do is refund my money. Okay??? What about the students who didn’t bring lunch and were expecting their pizza? Very disappointed! Will never eat here again. Do what you say you will do.
