Convenient ordering through touch pad and burgers came quickly after and tasted good. Fries were good and they had lactose free shake which helped since one of us have milk intolerance. Right across from Powell Books downtown.

Went on grand opening day. It was not to bad at all lines were very minimal. Order was easy with the digital option. Or you could order in person. Which made it very convenient. Prices were not bad at all very affordable for an upscale burger place. The burgers are very good. Great flavor. And smash burger style patties. The fries were also fresh and very good. You can get them plain or with cheese and bacon if you want. Great burger spot. If you want good quality burgers this is the place to go.

Came during Saturday lunch and were able to place an order in under 5 minutes despite the line. Food came out in about 10 minutes. Plenty of seating even with the crowd, it’s a big place! Food is exactly what you expect from Shake Shack and was fresh when we got it. Every member of staff was upbeat and happy to help.

After a long wait, it’s finally ready to go in Portland. The interior is pretty spacious, and there’s plenty of outdoor seating. They also have a ping pong table too. The food came out pretty quick and tasted pretty consistent to what you would expect from them. I enjoyed the Smoke Shack with my fries and strawberry lemonade.

We have been waiting for this opening for two years. It did not disappoint. The customer service was exemplary but it was the opening day, so I’m not sure that three people will check in on us every day. The burgers and fries and shakes are my favorite at any fast food establishment. We ordered on the app which charged us sales tax. Oregon has no sales tax. We have been told by three people that we will be refunded this, but as of this writing this has not happened.

Brand new Shake Shack in my neighborhood in Portland Oregon!! Happy to have this establishment in the Pearl. Food is as good as any other Shake Shack. Surprised to see packets of hot sauce next to mustard packets as you’ll never see them in the East. It is a west coast branch. Hehe. Too bad they were out of beer when I went. Will try again when they have beer.

We were excited there’s a shake shack in Portland. Much closer than Beaverton. Beaverton is still my all time favorite shake shack location for overall experience and ambiance. This new location is directly across from the famous Powell’s book. Expect to pay for parking. The outdoor dining area helped clean up the corner and there was security on site. Staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Food was standard shake shack and up to quality standards. First shake we really didn’t like here but that’s the national chain and not specific to this location. It was a cookie churro shake and it had a very off putting texture.
