Winifred is a tiny town, so it’s possible this might be the only spot open depending on when you arrive. But the prices are very reasonable and the cheeseburger I had was just delicious. The friendly bartender was also the cook. This didn’t hurt the quality, but maybe if you’re in a rush with a group it might take a little while.

I visited here with my wife, she grew up in Winifred. I had the gizzards and mozzarella stick and they did not disappoint. The food was really good and affordable. As on par for me I had a Corona and a crown and coke. Best part about Winifred is everywhere is in walking distance.

After ain’t drive along the path of the Taylor fire and the the Judith River basin, it was delightful to stop for a late lunch in Winifred. Burgers and fries or tots, and I had a wonderful Philly Teak sandwich on toasted bread.
