We stop at this location most every time we’re in the area. The staff are sweet and our orders are always correct. Our wait time tends to be greater than other locations (not sure if that’s due to staffing) but nonetheless a good experience. Syrup to CO2 ratio is a bit off.

The food is usually really good but there aren’t many healthy options which you can expect from a fast food restaurant. The service is also pretty good but there isn’t much they can do to improve since it’s drive in only. The atmosphere isn’t that great since you are just in you car and I haven’t been to a sonic that doesn’t have trash strewn everywhere.

Ordered on the app. Arrived 10 minutes later. Checked in. Get the message “so and so is on the way”. Another 10 minutes goes by. Cars on both sides of me pull up, order, and both get food. I pushed the button and the young lady was immediately rude to me. She eventually came to my vehicle and the first thing out of her mouth after I tried to explain was “can’t you see we are busy?”…which led to me losing it a little. She went back inside and came back out saying she cancelled my order. That’s fine. Wasted 30 minutes and no food. She did not “cancel” it, she just didn’t bring it to me. I still have no refund and this happened 3 weeks ago. Sonic send me a coupon for a slush…thanks sonic. A $32 slush!

Been going here several times a week for over a year now, this is my favorite sonic in Arkansas hands down, the food is always fresh and hot and made to perfection, sometimes fast food places throw the food together to fast and it’s not that great, not so with this local, they have friendly and fast service and the place is clean and up-kept!

Deleted my big long drawn out review because I’ve decided sorry and sweet is better. Would not recommend this location to my worst enemy. There are only 3 employees here that are nice, I thank my lucky stars when I’m dealt their service, because the other ones are BAD. and watch your change. Praying for these people who are clearly unhappy.
