On my most recent visit, they had all of the lights off to appear as if they were closed. I had already paid through the mobile app, and needed to talk to someone about getting my food or getting a refund. I pulled forward, having never been acknowledged at the drive through. Sure enough, not a soul in the restaurant had a headset on… They were literally just ignoring the drive thru because they didn’t want to work.

Walked inside and was ignored by employees for 5 min. I ordered a Double whopper with cheese, lettuce, tomato, bacon,mayo only. Was not given a receipt. Got to the car and checked my food. No bacon on the whopper. I tried to walk back in and they closed the entire lobby. After getting the attention of an employee (took about 10 min) they informed me that they were closed. I point to my sandwich and they finally opened the door. After telling them what was wrong with the sandwich they brought me out 4 pieces of bacon in a coffee cup. Very poor service. I will not be back.

Horrible service. No sign of any attempt to be professional or prompt. I waited 10min for an order and didn’t have any more time to spare. They said I could come back later with my receipt. I left without my refund or product. Will go out of my way in the future to avoid this establishment. Manager working at location Emerson and 56th St. April 10 2023 at 3:45pm ought to be reprimanded for poor leadership and Employees wages docked. I understand it’s fast food but a strong foundation for work ethics has to be established.

Manager at 1:21 am Sunda, August 5th messed up our order and didn’t close the window and we heard him loud and clear insulting us for the food we ordered and paid for. The most unprofessional experience I’ve ever come across. He was outright screaming at my wife and I. I would very much like to hear something was done about this.

Stopped in Burger King yesterday 3pm place seemed derailed stood in line 5mins no one came to take my order. manager looked like she didnt know what she was doing, employees didnt know there doing frantic! .there were some cars in the drive through but no reason not say can I help you . clearly bad management will never go to that establishment ever again ..its a fast food restaurant ..not slow food restaurant!

Staff seemed a bit confused, chaotic, and no sense of cohesive direction. Drive thru was backed up, moving slow and no one (employees) knew what order they needed to have ready. As a result of this several cars left because the wait just to order was 20+ minutes. Not sure if leadership was available today because the team did not look like they were on the same page.
