Didnt bring us our order, after texting on her phone with two people working. Made us wait thirty minutes to just tell us that they didn’t have Verde sauce. We had to ask them after another 10 min what is going on and go in and get our food. Someone needs to figure out how fix the store. Our food is cold and waiting that long is ridiculous

Went here because it was a KFC/Taco Bell and we wanted some chicken. Let’s start with the chicken, two of my three pieces were bland and tasted as if they had been sitting around ALL DAY. The third wasn’t as bad, but still had that old feel to it. The potatoes tasted more like water and barely had any gravy on them, again looked and tasted old. The biscuit was the worst part. Normally this is my favorite part of getting KFC. But this biscuit was tough. Could have broken a window with it if thrown at one. My wife had the same complaints about her food. Will not be going to this location again. At least the tea was fresh, at least that’s the assumption considering it was hot and quickly melted the ice and was still very warm when I arrived home.

Please tell me how this place is still in business?? I just ordered a Cravings Box and received a Taco with a WHOLE KFC Chicken strip in it.. My Chalupa I was supposed to have avocado on there and it’s basically a PLAIN thick Taco.. Too the young Gentleman that paid attention to the car that pulled off showing out instead of getting what we ask for not twice but three times Do better please.. People pay for service regardless of the price we pay and expect at least to eat decent food if ordered.. I never write reviews but this right here is just ridiculous!!

If i could give them no stars i WOULD! All the workers were standing outside the restaurant goofing off… on the clock I’m sure. My boyfriend ordered our meals and they seemed to be out of EVERYTHING! I don’t know who is running this establishment but something needs to change. My boyfriend’s burrito was cold but my quesadilla was burnt to a crisp… how does that work? The lady at the drive thru was very rude when my boyfriend kindly asked for some hot sauce. We will not be returning!

The drive thru is slooooooowwwwwww! 20 minutes to order, another 20 to get two tacos. ♀️ You can hear them cutting up and talking on the mic, nobody wants to do their jobs anymore. Ridiculous wait time for a “fast” food restaurant.

I’m not here about the subpar fastfood (I mean, ots fast food.) I’m here about the mold on the wall right next to one of the booth corner areas. When we noticed our youngest daughter was about to sit next to an OPEN WALL that had a strange splotchy black substance on it we immediately took notice and after a closer look realized it was mold. I’m talking a 2 and a1/2 ft of exposed wall against a bench with mold just out in the open. When this was brought to the attention of the counter clerk we were told that they had a fire……I’m sorry but no. I know what mold looks like. I’m grossed out. 10 out of 10 do not recommend. .

If I could leave no stars I would. Crappies restaurant in Jackson. Hire some people that are not related to you that want to earn a pay check. Waited 30 mins waiting on drive thru food half to be missing and falling apart before we had a chance to eat it.
