I personally don’t drink the over priced coffee. My wife and kids love the place. I have been in several areas the atmosphere is definitely nice. Service has always been fast and polite during my observation. I sometimes try a weird drink my Daughter convinces me to try. Think one I enjoyed had dragon fruit pieces in the drink. Very pleasant just don’t eat the freeze dried fruit lol

Starbucks Middelsboro, KY. Starbucks makes products people want and ask for. Today stopped to get our favorite Guatemala Antigua. Was told they didn’t want to make it because they didn’t have a bag open. “We were just going to cause the open bag of coffee to spoil because folks around here just don’t drink that????” We do, a product Starbucks makes which we enjoy. So we were supposed to order not the coffee we wanted instead what they offered? Definitely won’t return to this store.

Came at 8:10, almost an hour before they ‘close’, and they have the entire place cleaned and refuse to make anything besides iced drinks and a few others. They wouldn’t even make a coffee because they’d done cleaned up. Shouldn’t even have given them any business just due to the staggering unprofessionalism. Just shameful.

2 times this month, I wait 15 minutes in drive thru, get up to intercom, and they are out of chai. They say supply chain issues, but the other Starbucks have chai. They also have one of the slowest drive thrus compared to other Starbucks. It’s the Cove Rd. and Route 1 Starbucks. Awful!

I absolutely love my pumpkin spice Frappuccino with two extra pumps of pumpkin spice and extra topping it is my favorite ever I get one every day a large one too LOL I got to get them all in before my pumpkin spice is gone!!!!!! this is for the London KENTUCKY store they always take care of me !!!!!!

They’re wrongfully charging .80 per pump of syrup. They don’t do this at any other store. They also stick their fingers directly into the cup you’re drinking out of to write on it no gloves.
