I never visited the Cracker Barrel in my life and must say that I truly love the food and the country vibe! Throughout our two weeks in the US, we visited about 5 of them. Its amazing how the quality of food, service and interior are identical eventhough the restaurants are 1000’s of miles apart. Great job! I recommend going there for the atmosphere and the healthy food options at very reasonable prices! Thank you for your positive contribution to our roadtrip!

I visited Cracker Barrel Old Country Store a few weeks ago with my sister. The dining experience was wonderful. My sister & I both ordered baked fish, and our sides consisted of the delicious cheesy hash brown potato casserole, green beans, and baked potato. The atmosphere is very warm & inviting, and of course we enjoyed browsing the country store before & after our meal. I love looking at all the merchandise, & the assortment of candy is over the top. You can easily spend two hours over here. I can’t wait to come back’

Never eaten at this cracker barrel but I have to say the service was horrible the food was not good and the management looked at our food and saw we were unpleased with what was brought to us,and no offer for discount or to have the meal taken off. The waitress only had our table and two others and was rarely seen. Managed horribly and service was one of the worst I’ve ever encountered. My mother in law received the wrong meal and no offer to replace or discount the mistake. Will never eat at this location and recommend to noone.

We just stopped at the Cracker Barrel in Baton Rouge and there was no one at the hostess counter and the cashier never greeted or said someone will be right with you. We waited 10 minutes and left. Cracker Barrel is no longer a family type place. Family welcomes one another.

I will never go to another cracker Barrel! I went to the only one in Baton Rouge, LA. early Sunday morning with my husband and the hostess didn’t even greet us. She just stood there until my husband asked if we could be seated. She seated us in an area that we didn’t like, so we moved 2 tables back. She came back and said she needed us to move back to where she seated us. She didn’t ask, she told us. We left because she was rude from the time we entered the place. The restaurant was not busy at the time! So I’m done with Cracker Barrel!

I could eat them everyday if it were up to me and not my body so whenever I get a chance to indulge gracefully. This morning I ordered the grandma sampler to go. As I’m getting ready to eat I noticed there was no seal on my syrup. Then the first pancake tasted weird. I thought it was just my taste buds but after I got to the second one I flipped it over only to find out that word taste was a burnt pancake. Only the good side was visible. I would like a fresh replacement meal. Please.

Waot over 15 mins get a seat woth noone in line ahead me and only 6 table with customers at them no big groups . Then 40 mins at table was not even offered a drink. In past ive had wait 20+ mins at this location for service but 40 + minutes when not even busy was after 2pm so l7nch rush was over! I recommend anywhere but here unless you have 2+hours to waste

We were traveling and we always stop at Cracker Barrel’s because usually very good. This one was awful. We waited over an hour to get our food. Our waitress was bad. Other waitresses came by to give us what we needed. 3 hours later I was sick sick. I am not sure when I will go back into another one. Even the guy cleaning the tables could tell the area we were in wasn’t being serviced. They were busy but the crowd was leaving and we were still sitting there.
