My wife tried the “torta” and almost yacked. I had their grilled chicken tacos which I liked. Plus their regular tacos which were ummmm ok. The taco shells on them were a little bit stale and tough.

Extremely slow service, rude, immature, and unhelpful manager. After waiting at the counter in an empty lobby for almost 5 minutes without a word from the staff, I was finally able to get someone’s attention to ask if I could place an order. I was abrasively told that all five people working in the back were, “too busy”, to take my order. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was informed (she yelled from the kitchen, actually) that she was one of two managers working and they were too busy to speak to me. I promptly said, “OK”, and left the restaurant. I like the food here, but perhaps this Franchise Owner should spend a little more time placing the right people in charge. I’ll go elsewhere in the future, I suggest you avoid this location as well.

LONGEST drive thru line ever. One car takes at least 8 mins to get through, that is not an exaggeration. 3 cars in front of me and it took nearly 30 mins. Every single time I have gone, they always “forget” something and you have to check your bag, and if you decide it’s even worth it to go in and get it, it takes another 5 mins. Soda syrup ratio is awful, it’s like drinking straight syrup. I’ve really only had these problems at this specific location. Not really sure what’s going on since it’s a new location.

This is the longest drive thru ever. Takes so long, the guy is so mean, gave us the wrong order, no napkins. 1 drink was wrong and 1 wasent even recieved. I have no idea how this place is still open, if i can give 0 stars, i would.

There are customers leaving as I type without even bothering to order because they’ve been her for 10 without so much as getting greeted.
