Made a mobile app order which they allowed to go through and charged me for. But then when I arrived at 10:40am they said breakfast stops at 10:30. Online it says they serve until 11. When I asked about a refund they said “I think the app should do it” so now I’m out the money and the food. When I asked for a manager I was given some excuse how the manager is in meetings all day

The manager of this location that was working at 1 pm was rude and unprofessional. She talked back and argued over a simple request because I had ordered one sauce and they rung it up wrong. She argued with me and proceeded to have an attitude. As a manager myself in a job that works with customers everyday that is not how you treat customers

I sat in drive-thru line 1 while other cars in lane 2 were served ahead of me, many of which came through after I had been told twice that I would be taken care of “in a moment.” I went in to order and was barely acknowledged. I was finally told by an employee happening to walk through the lobby that I would have to order at the kiosk. At that point, the long wait for and rude service outweighed my hunger and I left. Do not recommend. There’s a DQ down the street that will get our business instead. I just have to wonder how much business they have lost for the McDonald’s franchise with this behavior?

I choose not to come to this location solely because of the drive thru tech man. He is always rude, I just went through the drive thru because it’s one of few places open at 6am and he asked if I was using the mobile app and I said yes, but he never asked for a code. I got to the window and I went to give him my code and he said “I asked you at the screen if you were using the mobile app, why didn’t you give me the code when you ordered?” Buddy I did… you didn’t ask me for any code after I said Yes. He became rude and argumentative. I won’t be back to this location for a while solely because of him.

super slippery floors. I don’t know if you guys are mopping the floor with fry grease or what but it’s an accident waiting to happen. Not everyone wears non stick shoes into your establishment, ya know. Some of us are wearing sandals and would like our necks to stay unbroken. Honestly ridiculous. A quality degreaser on the floors will be much cheaper than a lawsuit, trust me.
