Wow! Everybody has been to McDonald’s, but not everyone has been to a McDonald’s in Montreal, Canada. I was surprised. I’ve been to McDonald’s in other countries, but the French Canadians obviously do it best. The food was delicious, hot, and looked just like the food in the ads. They still have Mcwraps and the lettuce and tomato were fresh, plus they have sliced cucumber on them. The sandwich buns are croissants and they have a variety of grilled chicken sandwich options. Everyone was friendly and the restaurant was exceptionally clean. It will be depressing to have to eat at an American McDonald’s again.

The person who took the order was pleasant and the man at the first window taking payment was very nice. After payment he made a slight mistake in forgetting to give the bills for change and then needed a manager to open the drawer. It ended up needing to get who i believe to be the shift manager to open. As she opened the drawer while i was right there she proceeded to chastise and belittle the guy for making a mistake and holding the drivethru up for a lenght of time. I dont believe she was wrong for discussing this with the work but she was very rude and should not have done so in public infront of the customer. I honestly wont be back to this mcdonalds and i had been going there almost daily.

Terrible. After asking for specifics on my sandwich, a rude comment was made. After receiving my order I was disrespected and called a princess. Then when I get home to eat my food, not only is it wrong, but has a hair in it and the bacon is RAW. Absolutely disgusting business and the workers who did this should be punished. The place was disgusting to say the least I was in from Houston Texas and had to be to work right down the road and I stopped by to get breakfast it was 20 min before someone got to me at the register and mind u it was breakfast then when she got to the register I asked the cashier the same one from Wednesday the 17th 2023 so I asked “if I use the restroom would it be stolen if I set it there?” And then she proceeded to ask me “do u have anything worth stealing?” And she looked around the corner at my stuff and said “you should be fine” I was in awe like are u serious

I have Changed my Review from (1 Stars) to (3 Stars) because the Food the past couple times I have gone there (at Night) was Freshly Made or Fresh Enough, Oppose to Hour(s) Old Uneatable Garbage like it was months back when I’d go there more often. If this Trend Continues with Fresh Food Oppose to Old Food, I’ll update again to 4 Stars.

Always check your food before you leave the parking lot. No matter how short the line is or how many people are on staff, this location still has messed up my order at least 5 or 6 times. I understand how difficult it can be to have someone do a custom order, you have run to the back and tell them specifically but all I want is the meat on the side. The morning staff clearly needs more help as it seems shift leaders abandon them on drive thru until the line is nearly wrapping around the building, while the dinning room is empty. I’ve given this McDonald’s too many opportunities, even after they rose there prices; at this point I’m done and I think everyone else should be too.
