I did 2 for 7 and got the fish just to see how the fish was kinda like a fish stick she did ask if I wanted any sauce so maybe my fault but thought fish would come with tartar sauce if you want tartar sauce you might want to ask for it wish the store on 58th didn’t close

I think I got there when the curly fries were all out so I didn’t get any good ones. I got the mini chicken sliders which were dry and I dont recommend those. But the rest of the food was yummy and it was quick in the drive thru.

I stopped this afternoon to get the 4 for $10 regular roast beef deal. The girl at the drive thru told me that promotion is over. I let her know they still have a sign in the window promoting it so the price should be honored. The girl refused and said she can’t change the price so I told her to get the manager. This girl claimed there was no manager in the store and that there were only the four of them and the manager wasn’t answering his phone. I don’t believe for one minute, there was no one in the store that was in charge. If your promotion is over, you should take down all signs or be prepared to honor the price.

The manager Jeanette was amazing. She was working the front counter and the drive-up window she even came out and cleaned up a soda that got spilled. Always smiling very friendly. I had a Turkey ranch bacon sandwich some curly fries and some jalapeno poppers and they were all very good. The place was clean

I showed up at this restaurant at 8:45 p.m. on a Saturday night and the lobby doors were locked. So, I went around to the drive-thru, placed my order, went up to the window to pick it up and I asked the kid in the window what time the restaurant closed and he looked at me and said “at closing”. I wanted to say no s*** at closing but I just kind of looked at him and said “and what time is that?” He replied around 11:00. So I commented that the doors were locked. And then he replied “that must have been my manager. I don’t like her much.” Anyway, he gave me my food; I had to ask my receipt and I drove away. I get to my hotel room and realized that he gave me no sauces and no napkins. He gave me nothing inside the bag other than my fries and my sandwich.

Worst experience ever! I wanted a side salad with no tomatoes. They refused to make me one. So I took one anyways thinking I would be able to pick them off because the salads were always full … Ha! The one I got wanyt even half way full and they forgot my ranch!!! When I went to get ranch doors were locked so I went back to the drive thru and now irritated they refused to give me ranch!!! Rude, ignorant employees!!!

Just ordered my food, they are now precutting the roast beef. Beef was all dried out. Fries were also just the bottom of the basket crumbs. They also won’t open the lobby at this location.
