I placed an order on line through their app , paid to have order delivered , I believe after about one hour , a woman from the place calls me on y cell phone and tells me that if I wanted to have it delivered then it would be another 2 to 2 1/2 hour wait , but if I were to come pick it up through curb side pick up it would be 20 mins , I tell her that I would have to call her back in 5 mins to see if my car would stay running , I call back spoke to a female and said I would come there , Apon arriving , I waited for 10min , almost 15 mins , I had to walk in and for a short time nobody paid any attention to me , then a female ask me my info and she started saying “You were supposed to call me back in 5 min ” I told her that I did ” I must have spoken to the other female that was standing there , the other female never acknowledged me , which in turn means that they never even started my order as it had shown on the tracker in their app. Then she tells me that I have to pay with my card due to her canceling the order because of the delivery fee . Another Issue that shouldn’t have happened . Finally after I arrived home , Almost the entire order was screwed up .1/2 of my pizza only had a few mushrooms , Which I ordered it with 3 kinds of meat on whole thing , mushrooms on half , Even paid for extra mushrooms , then with the 2 Chicken Ceasar salads , I paid for 2 extra dressing which I didn’t get . The 8 piece boneless chicken bites , where a bunch of hard little things that resembled rat droppings , the pasta bowl was lacking mushrooms and taste . When I tried calling the place nobody answered , then they answered , put me on hold and hung up . I tried to send e-mail about the entire horrible thing and still waiting on a response back from whomever it is that I was told would take care of this issue , STILL NOTHING . ALL THE MONEY I SPENT WAS WASTED ON THAT C**P . SUCH A BIGGG Disappointment.From start to I guess Finish..

Placed an order at 9pm 3 hours later its midnight and my order still hasn’t arrived. Call the store and was told they only have one driver. I live literally 3 minutes from the store. No way it takes 3 hours to get a pizza quite literally around the corner..Never again..

Thank God for their franchise department that overlooks them.Honestly they need to make it where you don’t get any stars just a review. By far the worst dominos I ever ordered from. First off I never received a confirmation of my order, second I was told I would have to wait an hour and that my food sat under a heating lamp for over 30minutes. Food came cold. Gm manager by far one of the worse managers they have. He sounds like a kid and doesn’t know what he is doing. My wings were ordered well done, they were damn near under cooked, gave me the wrong salad. Order garlic Parmesan wings, they had ranch dressing instead all over them. Only thing right with my order was the sprite. I would of picked up my order but I don’t have a car. Mind you they are only a 5minute drive from me so why was my wait an hour.

If there was a negative star rating this place would get it. After placing our order for delivery at 9:20pm the pizza was being “double checked” at 9:45pm, the driver didn’t leave with our pizza until 10:33pm. The drive from the store to the delivery address is 2.5 miles and according to Google maps only takes 6-7 minutes. Our pizzas arrived at 11:17pm and were luke warm at best. When we called the store all we got were excuses about being understaffed, a very unapologetic “sorry” from Mariaand a story about how the food wasn’t even cooked at 10:33pm. Maria refused to put us on the phone with her supervisor and only gave us the number to the corporate office (which we will be calling). Our interaction with both the woman on the phone Maria and the driver Fahim were very short and rude. The dominoes app and the store had different information about the status of our order. This is the worst customer service we have ever had and to top it off sub par cold pizza ensures that we will never order from this store and we will be uninstalling the dominos app.

I had two different orders today on Saturday at 5:45 PM and 5:47 PM and I arrived at the store at 6:30 pm is to get my order, they had only one of my order ready and the cashier told me other order still in the oven and I need to wait for it, I said that’s fine and I started to wait, after 30 minutes they said they don’t have my second order ready or in the oven because they called me to verify my order but I didn’t answer the phone.

Thank you to whoever made my pizza before closing! This is the most tastiest pizza from Domino’s that I’ve ever had. I’m almost in tears enjoying this bite by bite from the fat girl in me. Normally Domino’s tastes watered down to me so I never choose first but this really out done itself because of your crew tonight. Much Love.

Man, these people were literally the worst. We ordered from them online, and received a phone call from them stating that they couldn’t deliver because their drivers all called out for the night. We said “no big deal, we’ll come pick it up!” We were told 25 minutes. Fast forward, and we’re standing in the store, being ignored, no eye contact, two of the three employees left to go on a smoke break when my husband asked for our order. The last employee told him that they had just decided not to make the pizzas, and then canceled our order right in front of us. Nice. I wish I had read the reviews first. Would have saved me some time.
