I purchased a $74 ham on Christmas Eve and when I hot home I noticed the first few slices were great however after that the slices were all slithered with fat with meat at the very bottom of the slice. I called the store right away and was told to take pictures and send an email. I never heard anything back so I decided to follow up and was told that I was wrong and all my guests were wrong that the ham was suppose to be like that. I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years and have never had this happen. Please check your ham before leaving the store to make sure it’s not slithered fat ham because you will not get a refund.

Hadn’t gone here since the pandemic, but the sandwiches still taste the exact same! Mini rum cakes are still delicious too! Went to get my Thanksgiving ham, they have remodeled the store. No mini individual rum cakes were available.

I ordered two Ham classics my total was 16.09. For the price I would’ve thought that I would get a sandwich with some meat on it, instead I received 1 thin slice of ham along with three small cut up pieces. For the price, they need to do better.

Went here for lunch on 5/25 around 12 noon. After attempting to order two sides of potato salad, the cashier advised me that they only had one container of potato salad available. I opted to order a garden salad instead. Upon arriving home, I noticed that the garden salad had a use by date of the day before, 5/24. Be sure to check your food before you leave.

Well let me begin by saying yearly i pick up my Thanksgiving platters from this store without a problem( Waldorf). This year would be different. As i have done years past, I would go to the store two-three weeks out and place my order. My pick up date is always the Monday the week of Thanksgiving. I stood on the line almost 30 minutes to get inside and was told by order wasnt available for pickup until 11/25 (Thanksgiving Eve). I couldn’t believe it. The lady went to the back and return to tell me that they will be making it and for me to stand at one of the waiting tables.
