We order here all the time. Papa Johns charged delivery but food was delivered by door dash. Driver was on a scooter. Food was cold and burnt. We asked for well done but never received anything like this before. Ate two pieces and threw the rest away. Will not order from here again.

They’ve gotten my order wrong twice and this last time my pizzas had been tossed around and had a garlic sauce spill inside and outside the box. I was offered store credit but I’m not sure I’ll be ordering again. Manager was nice and professional.

So you order a couple pizzas, you expect to have them come intact. I ordered some from this location and received a pizza HALF EATEN! Attached is the picture. Spoke to the manager, the general manager, and I am waiting back to hear from the area manager. I was offered a free pizza, but they will not give me a refund. I will no longer order from this location, so the free pizza is worthless. Horrible customer service from Janet, the manager. Nancy, the general manager was nice enough, but couldn’t help me. And I am waiting back to hear from the area manager to see about a refund. We shall see.

So bad that I deleted the app and gave up accumulated rewards. This was my pizza spot for the last 7 years but service and quality have gone downhill and I started noticing it in my last 6 orders. I was always willing to pay the higher prices for good ingredients and service but they have recently disappointed me too many times. Time to look elsewhere for pizza.

I received a promo code for a free papadila after completing survey when I went to redeem the free papadilla I also ordered 2 shaqaroni pizzas I paid 40. Because papajohns made ordering the promo online so difficult I inadvertently ordered 2 papadilkas 1 free tge other 8.99 all the papadila is is 2 regular size sizes w cheese and pepperoni folded over no one has 8.99 for 2 pieces. On arriving no one greets you. You just get a cold, “picking up or ordering?” After I let him know I was gonna place an order he asks me if I can step outside for 5 minutes because he was busy doing something. Mind you, it’s 9 pm and it’s about 39° outside. Okay, I’ll go to the truck and wait 5 minutes. After 5 minutes I return and again no greeting, he just waits till I start ordering. So I place my order and am told 15-20 minutes will be my wait time. No problem. I was gonna wait inside as it’s cold out, but no, I was told I had to wait outside. Okay, back to the truck. 15 minutes pass and I go pick up the pizza. Again he asks me, pick up or ordering. Hmmm, . I tell him picking up and he realizes which order is mine and proceeds to hand it to me, this time wishing me a “good day”. Guess he saw the tip. Pizza wasn’t bad, but I disliked the experience.
