2 people working. Only drive thru open. Waited almost 1 hour because they ran out of biscuits. Can’t go inside and get a refund because doors are locked. I saw them handing out bags with biscuits to other customers I don’t understand why they made me wait so long. There’s cars wrapped around the building. In order for me to get my food I had to reverse and get behind the next car at the window to get my food. I realized it’s not these guys fault they’re short-staffed. It’s Management’s fault! Get somebody down there to help these guys!

Inconsistent service. This Hardee’s is the closest fast food place to my house so we tend to stop there more often than we should. You never really know what to expect and tonight was enough that it will probably be our last visit. We had a simple order but were missing an order of fries, mustard was added to a burger despite being asked to leave it off and the fries in the $5 box were just thrown in on top of the rest of the contents and not in a container. The final issue was wilted, slimy lettuce on the chicken sandwich, I’ve included a picture.

Waited 20-30 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and 2 specialty burgers and fries. Got the order and the fries were cold and nasty. The sweet tea tasted bitter. There was literally no one in the drive through or inside. I don’t get it. Don’t ever go here, just go to Pal’s next door.

I got the sausage and fried eggs biscuits. They were barely warm and the sides were dried out. I went in to order and the people there working seemed confused on what they were even doing and I had to wait several minutes so while watching I noticed if people working wasn’t just standing they were like in slow motion.. Is this what our working people have become? Does anyone know that when at work you actually have to do something and move.

I ordered a sausage Frisco Meal and the person working drive thru was to worried about upselling apple pies instead of taking the order and she was also very rude and I get home and I had a regular Frisco sandwich with no sausage.

I hope it’s due to staffing that this (Usually Wonderful) location is faltering, but even then, I hope they are actually hiring people with “People Skills”. The last quite a few times I’ve gone through the drive-thru, its been after working in the ER for 12 hours, and look so forward to my Hardee’s breakfast. But “these” times there has been no one with a smile or even anything other than with a monotone greeting at the speaker and window, followed by a blank stare.
