I love this location. I usually get my pizza delivered but ever since I walked in and got phenomenal customer service from PEGGIE I always get carry out now. She’s always nice and makes sure everything is correct before you leave. You don’t come across good customer service often but when I do l, I make sure I take time to leave feedback.

I had food delivered tonight and they forgot my sauce so I called and spoke with a very rude manger who hung up on me 4 times. I was so surprised I was just hoping for good customer service and she couldn’t do that. Then I asked for her name and she refused and hung up again. Never ordering from here again. I hope someone sees this that can do something about this.

Delivery has become unreliability slow. Takes at least an hour for delivery and the pizza is cold. Has happened twice now in the last month. Ordered in March 11th and April 2nd. Both times their pizza tracker said 24-36 minutes, but it’s taken an hour each order. When you call and inquire they say their drivers aren’t back yet. Seems to be a staffing problem. It’s too bad because this location used to be fast and tasty. We’ve been ordering from this location since 2015, but probably won’t anymore.

I placed an order with Papa John 2 minutes ago then I call back to cancel. The customer service girl yelling out loud asking “why do you want to cancel?” in such a rude and impolite way. I’d to report to Papa John’s manager to track her down. The order was place at around 9:58 pm

Pizza was so cold the sauce was cream already. I order here a lot and sure they have had some mess up but not constant something must of changed so I’m done with this location that’s 3 times in row. First the driver delivered to another residence and went back took the pizza from them AND TRIED TO DELIVER IT TO US from another house. Second and third pizza is cold. I also think this might happen a lot now at this location cause when you can as a paying customer think you want a discount already haha.

Ordered food. Showed that it was delivered, and it wasn’t, so i called. Spoke with Peggy. She kept calling me a liar and making excuses. She thought she hung up on me and bragged about how i wasn’t the only person she hung up on today. Don’t ask Peggy for help because you’ll just get hung up on you.

I can’t recommend this location. The drivers do not follow instructions, they are often late, and the drivers will knock on your door no matter what for extra tip. I’d pick a different location or restaurant.
