The Iced Spiced Vanilla Chai Tea Latte was very tasty and a little sweet. They use no straw lids which is nice, you can also tip your server from drive thru. The inside of the store is unique, it has a fireplace if you want to stay cozy.

When this location first opened up, it was my go-to!!!! I loved my turtle mocha with dark chocolate & iced mocha with dark chocolate with an extra espresso. It was really good and actually tasted the coffee in the drink.

The Staff was awesome…which totally earned the 4 stars. The environment was clean and comfortable. The unfortunate was that I ordered a smoothie, it separated after a few minutes and definitely did not look appealing.

I went in to buy a gift card, I wanted to be able to pick it out without holding up the drive thru… I walked in and waited – no one said hi or I’ll be with you in a moment, etc. After several minutes of standing there, someone finally came over and then seemed annoyed when I asked for the envelope that goes with the gift card. I likely won’t be returning to this location.

I go through the drive through at this location much more than I would like to admit. Every single person I have encountered has been wonderful! My drinks are always ready when I get there and always accurate. This one time my drink was incorrect and I called in to inquire if I ordered it wrong and the sweetest manager helped me. So impressed!

Come here everyday. Spend at least 10 to $20 and I always get the same thing. An extra large iced caramel latte and this girl told me that I did not order that. When I know for a fact I did and spilled my coffee and then added ice and had an attitude. Starbucks is across the street go there

I want to first say I am a quality assurance analyst for a call center, and after my stop here I had to leave a review. The lady who was taking orders for drive thru Wednesday morning, 2/23, deserves praise. She was on point with soft skills and I was amazed to hear all the positive and engaging phrases she used such as, “Absolutely. Great choice” after I ordered a breakfast sandwich, and then was also asked if I wanted to add an extra shot of espresso in my drink. Service was super quick and everything tasted excellent. Thank you to everyone working that morning!! It’s really hard to find service like this nowadays, or polite workers in general. This exceeded my expectations, so kudos to you all.
