I worked at this store when it opened and oh my how it has changed. Sad the play area is filthy. My kids hands and feet were so dirty after playing for about 20 minutes. The benches in the dining area almost all seemed to have rips and holes in them. There was dust building up by the window we sat at.

I have been going to the Fountain, CO location since it opened. I ordered on the app, went through the drive thru, they handed me my order and after I pulled away I noticed my 2 large unsweetened teas were mixed with lemonade so I had to go inside to get the correct drinks, not that big of a deal, just inconvenient as my food is getting cold in the car. I got home and my chicken noodle soup looked like a casserole, no broth just all mush, then I opened my 8 piece nuggets and found these inside the box (see photo) one nugget looked like a crumb that feel off of another nugget and they were cold, not fresh, rubbery and not at all juicy. All around bad experience, for over $30 worth of food I do expect better!

The service was fantastic and went way above expectations of a fast food place. The lady taking our order suggested waiting for the ice cream that came with the kids meal for my 3 year old until after playing, which I appreciated. Although the food is good, I do wish the prices were more family friendly. Paying $17 for a kids’ meal and a spicy chicken sandwich meal is ridiculous. The restaurant also needs new seat cushions as many of them are ripping

This was our first visit to this location. They were having a summer Bash and it was a blast. My daughter really enjoyed the bubble machine, the different games that they had and the music. The food was delicious as always and she really enjoyed the indoor playground. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I worked at this chick-fil-a for over a year. There are great people here. However, the management style is toxic at the highest level. As a leader, I received no empathy and was expected to be at work the entire time that my husband was going through a pretty serious surgery and complications that came with it. That was the moment that I lost all hope for this place. Now there are only a few of the good ones left. I sincerely hope they are doing okay ❤️‍

This is literally the most efficient Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. Been living in the Springs for 5 years and this is the best location to go to in Colorado Springs. The drive thru is so fast and the workers are so friendly. There have been a few times they’ve gotten my order wrong but other than that they’re awesome!
