Not only was this dude rude but he gave false information. I asked if the chili sauce contained meat and he said no. I asked if there was meat in the burrito and he said no. I told him I was allergic to beef and pork, which AGAIN HE TOLD ME NO. so I ordered two burritos and guess what happened. I suffered from an allergic reaction that thankfully didn’t send me into anaphylactic shock. After doing my own further investigation it says online that the chili sauce DOES CONTAIN BEEF AND BACON FAT! Yes I could’ve avoided this if I did my research beforehand but the EMPLOYEE could have prevented this from being honest or simply asking his manager after being informed of an allergy.

The women over the drive thru intercom was not pleasant nor did she have any good customer service. The line was backed up because they were moving as slow as they could. They simply did not care about anything. I get home with my food to find salsa spilt all over my bag. This Taco Bueno has gone down hill severely.

Went through drive through. It was clearly open. No response. Drove to window workers were inside. I left 4/13/23 at 1pm. Have multiple issues with this locations. Taco Bell will be our further choice. Sadly it’s the workers screwing this place not the food. Sometimes it’s a hit and miss

Teenager smirked off as soon as I walked in. Then I order 3 burritos for 2 bucks a piece and they were so small and poorly wrapped I ate them in literally 3 bites. For 2 dollars a piece I’d better get more than that. Very dissatisfied.
