There is zero service at McDonald’s anymore. I only go there because I like the McGriddles and the quarter pounder with cheese. They no longer acknowledge when you come in or leave the restaurant and there’s no one at the counter to help unless you flag somebody down. They expect you to use the kiosk to order and the only good thing is they bring your food to you.

Took my wife through the drive through on our way home. We were hungry so we ate on the 5 minutes we had left. We get to the driveway, and she opens her door. The light comes on and her burger was raw. The young lady handing out food was one of THE MOST pleasant people I have ever seen work at mc D’s. That was the good part. Other than that, two raw burgers later I’m a little upset… She ate almost the whole thing. I ate about half. If we get sick, you will be hearing from us again.
