Unbelievable! I spend rather handsomely here and I tip well 17 – 20 percent. And I find gratuity added to my bill! I still tip even when the service at the bar does not deserve it. Feel ignored trying to get a refill while others are given the bottle of hard liquor or wine they are drinking in order to self serve. This is actually an illegal practice and is a clear violation of the liquor license.

Not a big fan of hidden “gratuity fees” turning a 70 dollar family meal into a 100 dollar one. People aren’t stupid they understand inflation, update your menu with the actual price. This extremely shady practice cost you a regular.

Issues
Wow. I had been going there to eat and drink on a regular basis. Usually spending 55 – 60 dollars (one person)a pop. Food was ok. But as someone new to the area I wanted to establish my go to place. Bar crowd (customers) nice folks. I usually would have one maybe two drinks, but I ordered lots of food to have left overs. They would get annoyed if I didnt order a 3rd drink. If I had I would have been overserved.

I had placed an order 5 days prior to pick up my order on Sunday at 12:15pm. When I arrived they did not have my order so I had to order it again and wait an additional 15 minutes. Prior to it being ready the hostess found the paper with my order that I had made 5 days ago with my name on it. I don’t receive an apology or anything for their mistake. The food was delicious but I won’t order a take out order from them ever again.
