They have great food and their staff are always super friendly. The wait can be long but is expected as they make their food fresh to order. I always tend to get extra wings if their wings are of a smaller size that batch. Very accommodating owner. She truly cares about her establishment and us as customers. I once didn’t receive something in my order and she replaced my whole meal not just what was left out. Nice lady. Our server Ray was as sweet and helpful as can be on many occasions. Keep up the good work Hotlanta!

Their wait time is great! Their portion size is small. I had more bread than chicken steak. They have great Sweet tea, it’s not too sweet! Thanks to the recommendation of the waitress. It’s definitely a plus when the waitress/waiter has sampled the food. Pleasant staff.

The wings are alright, but they’re petty. Cancelling active orders because they want to go home early…. their desert is nasty too. My coworker got the fried pie and couldn’t eat it because it smelled and tasted like rank fish. Change your grease and get better service.

Out of 20 wings, we only received four flats. Now had I wanted all drums, I would have been charged 2.00 (1.00 for each ten wing combo). Additionally, the wings were soggy and barely cooked, minimum amounts of sauce and slow service. There was one car ahead of us when we arrived, yet we had to wait five minutes or so to place an order. Now I see why Wing Stop was so packed. Much better food. We won’t return.

A “2” rating is the truth and has much to do with why I’m rating them so low. They have a sign on their tables that declare that if you give them a “5” rating on YELP or GOOGLE, if you bring that review in, they will give you a percentage off your bill. I didn’t like that one bit and it’s against guidelines. So here’s more truths, but the rest is simply one newcomers opinion.

If I could would give 0 stars. Way over priced for little food that is receive. Got two 10 piece which I thought were combos since was over priced and guy NEVER asked if wanted to make it a combo so I assumed was a combo. Should be mandatory to ask if want to make it a combo I would think that would make sense. Wait time is extremely slow and customer service is poor. I will stick to wing stop better food, worth the price, bigger wings and better customer service.
