One star not for the food but because on Sunday April 16th around 450 pm I was eating here and there was a young girl working the register. She was very polite but the woman working with the multicolored hair who was screaming at her in front of everyone was extremely rude. She could have coached her off the floor, but she screamed and yelled at her and publicly humiliated her in front of and TO other people who were waiting in line. That’s disgusting I was embarrassed for your establishment. I felt so bad for that girl with the zebra striped scarf I had to walk away. When I came back around the corner I could still hear the lady screaming all the way from gateC5. Im not supporting this place if this is how employees are treated by management or whoever that lady is.

I just had this garbage at the CLE Zoo. There were more peanuts in my Kung Pao than there was chicken. There were 4 skittle sized pieces of chicken in the entire dish. The sauce was gritty and had 0 flavor. The pot stickers and the so called teriyaki chicken had 0 flavor and no chicken in it. I’ve had tv dinners that tasted better than this. How this place stays in business is stunning.

Stay away from this place if you value your mouth and taste buds. The chicken was virtually non existent in the “teriyaki chicken bowl”. And it was drenched in some synthetic corn syrup concoction that was NOT teriyaki. The rice was also waaaay too wet. Horrific is the best way to describe this place.

Great food and great service! Had never tried Bao before but liked it. Had the Spicy Chicken Bowl combo. Kelly and Toya were fun and took great care of me. Will definitely be back.

The ladies working here are some of the nicest and sweetest I have ever met!!! I got the coconut custard buns, they were light and sweet. Will be getting them again next time I’m at the airport.
