Don’t know who’s out delivering tonight but I want to let you know you are rock stars. I had ordered online and had put directions to deliver to the back of the apartment. Guy delivering tried to deliver to front. Hoping I didn’t come off like an a-hole cause you are out delivering in this winter weather. It was a cold and snowy night so that typically means a busy night for pizza. I ordered online for carry out and when I was notified that my pizzas were ready i went to pick them up. I walked in and was greeted right away. For such a busy night everyone had positive attitudes. I got my pizzas and headed home. When I got home I checked my order and everything was correct and looking good. Thank you River Falls staff for a great experience.

Ordered 8 pizzas in the downtown River Falls in the am and picked it up for late night dining at 9. The service was very good when ordered and again at pick up staff.very friendly helpful and professional. The pizzas were ready on time hot and very good . SERVICE AND PIZZA SURPASSED EXPECTATIONS.

This has happened 3 times now for me personally and it’s irritating. The driver supposedly knocks and I don’t hear it because I’m upstairs but Instead of being reasonable and calling me they leave it on my front door step to get wet and cold. Who in there right mind thinks that’s OK and you’re not going to get an angry call from the customer asking for a refund. Food is good when it’s delivered properly I’ll give them that.
